There is "material art" as I like to call it - the stuff we create that others can see, taste, hear, smell, with their senses. The physical.  Then there is "life's art" - what we are.  Our soul.  Yes, we are all artists.  You don't have to be a painter, sculptor, chef, or photographer.  We are all creating our lives every day.  

I choose to be the "master of my own domain", the lover, the peacemaker, decorator of our flesh, the encouraging friend, a temptress, and goddess.  Being a graphic designer is just a side note for me....

All our lives are masterpieces in themselves.  "We reap what we sow."  How we shared, loved, accepted, rejected, danced, were leaned on, fought, forgave, had faith, were passionate, and kept our hearts wide open.... What you create in the form of relationships, your appearance, your likes and dislikes, your intentions, all add up to your life's work.  These are the things that people remember you for.  These are the things worth living for....REALLY LIVING FOR!  If you can express your innermost thoughts and feelings in the form of "material art", then that's a bonus!

We all mold our lives to be what they are or we want them to be.  If we focus on the bad things, we feel bad.  If we focus on the overall goal to be happy and move toward what we crave in our lives, our passions, our souls fill up with love and we will be happy.  You can make minor or major shifts in your life to create happiness.  The question is: Are you brave enough to do it? Can you face your own demons? I am a firm believer in you are what you surround yourself with.  If you surround yourself with your art (whatever form it may come in), what lights your fire, and the people that emotionally support you, and are uplifting, you will be all that you aspire to be.

Reach within yourself, find courage to chase those dreams, and go get'em! You deserve it!
